Cancellation & Studio Policies Soft Wax Studio provides waxing services for women only. Bookings made outside of this policy will be canceled. At Soft Wax Studio, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Policy: There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments (you must be in the suite by the 10-minute mark). If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid disruptions to your service. If the 10-minute grace period has passed, we will try our best to accommodate you; however, if we are unable to do so, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. No-Shows: For any no-shows, Soft Wax Studio will charge the card on file 50% of the scheduled appointment. No Extra Guests Policy: For comfort, safety, and temperature control, no additional guests are permitted in the treatment room. Only the client receiving services is allowed in the suite. Guests are more than welcome to wait in the designated waiting area. (no exceptions) Right to Refuse Service: Soft Wax Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of studio policies, inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows. This policy exists to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
