Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Soft Wax Studio provides waxing services for women only. Bookings outside of this policy will be canceled. At Soft Wax Studio we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. LATE POLICY: At Soft Wax Studio there is a 10 minute grace period (you MUST be in the suite by the 10 minute mark). If you anticipate being late please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions to your service. If it is passed the 10 minute grace period we will try our best to accommodate you, if we cannot we will reschedule your appointment. For any NO-SHOWS Soft Wax Studio will charge the card on file 50% of your scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
